Hampton Roads Real Estate Management Co., LLC (Charthouse Properties)

(HRREMC) was founded in 2009 to provide professional property management services to property owners, agents, and investors seeking an alternative to the impersonal services of large branded real estate brokerages whose core mission is listing homes for sale.  HRREMC offers superior leasing and property management services.  Our mission is to create and preserve a predictable income stream for our clients. 

Beginning in 2018, (HRREMC) is changing its name to Charthouse Properties.

OUR TEAM

Michael Mooring

Principal Broker and owner with over 25 years experience leasing, managing, and selling single family homes, apartment buildings, manufactured housing communities, office and retail buildings.  Prior to working in real estate, Michael worked in commercial finance in the telecom, satcom, and building supply.

He holds a BA from Virginia Wesleyan University and graduate certificate in commercial real estate from Monmouth University.

OUR AGENTS

Betsy Mooring

Betsy joined us after a career as a project manager for a military contractor and the United States Navy Nurse Corp (USN NC) where she retired as a commissioned officer (O5).  Betsy's focus is southside leasing and office administration.

Mona Deeds

Mona joined us in 2017 after a career in building material supply and services.  A native to the peninsula, Mona handles leasing for Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, and Williamsburg.
